How can I migrate my Facebook account to
Login to your Yoworld account on Facebook and click on Settings, then click on Account Settings and add a support email. You might be required to confirm your email. Once your email is confirmed go back to and enter the same email in the login window.

Where can I find my account ID?
You can find your player ID by clicking on settings and looking at the bottom right of that menu. ( and Facebook)

What is the Save Game prompt and is it safe?
The save game prompts players to install the new free desktop app, which is simply a method to launch Yoworld from your desktop, through an easy icon on your *taskbar.

How do I enable Multi-Factor Authentication?
You can enable multi-factor authentication by going to the Settings menu and selecting “Account Settings”. Near the top of the list, there is an option for Multi-Factor Authentication. Select “Enable” and you will be asked to provide a country code and phone number. Once you’ve input the country code and phone number, you’ll receive a text message, which you’ll then input into the game to enable this setting.

Will I keep my account information during the migration?
Yes! All your account information will stay the same, you’ll just need to migrate your email address to your new account.

Can I have multiple email accounts linked to
Yes! After following the login confirmation, you’ll be notified of any additional emails we have on file that may be related to your accounts.

What happens if my Facebook account is deleted?
As long as your email is linked to your player account, you’ll still be able to login just fine! If you haven’t connected your email address to your profile, please submit an email to our support team via the Contact Support button, and be prepared to answer some questions so we can validate your identification and account ownership!

Will my lock codes change after migration?
All your lock codes and personal account information will stay the same.

New Layering Features – how it works
On players will have the ability to layer items! You can do so for every item you place in a room, and each item can be layered above or below other items around it. Use item layering to add more depth to a room! There are five layers to work with, and items on the same layer may overlap with each other depending on which was placed on that layer first.

Exclusive Items / Locations
Some areas of YoWorld can only be accessed with exploring the world on our website! These unique locations can be seen by players logging in via Facebook, but won’t be accessible unless their account is playing through our site.

How can I tell who is a real BVG Viking in the game?
Every Viking has an orange name tag and the BVG logo.

I have seen a Viking in the game, are they allowed to talk to players?
Sometimes players may see Vikings who are testing out updates or resolving issues across the game. They may be in the middle of testing so are unable to stay and chat to players.

There are no price guides in the game, how do I check the price of an item that is no longer in store?
While there are no price guides available for YoWorld’s items, there are a few ways to see what the market value for an item is:

  • Check the average cost of the item on the Auction House
  • Visit the Discord Price Check Channel
  • Post on the Yoworld Trading Forums

How do I get more item slots to wear more items on my avatar?
At the bottom of the Edit Appearance menu, you can click “Add More” to purchase more item slots. The max is 35 slots.

What does layering items on the avatar mean?
You are able to customize almost everything on your Yo Avatar. Therefore you can wear / layer multiple items on top of each other. For example, you can put on one blonde hair and then add a black hair in a different style on top of it. The only thing you can not layer are skins, which rest below all clothing items.

Why do I have to add players to complete some challenges in the game?
Some Challenges in game require you to interact with others – and it’s recommended you connect with friends to help with other features like gifting! You can of course delete players you add for Challenges, if you choose to do so.

How do I level up?
Leveling up in YoWorld requires YoPoints, which are mostly earned through decorating! The first time an item is purchased it is considered ‘new’. When placed into a room for the first time, new items will provide YoPoints.

How do I get yocash?
YoCash is a premium currency, and can be purchased through various deals in game – or through the Add Yocash tab in the upper left hand corner of the game window! YoCash can also be earned through our Video Ads feature, which exchanges viewed ads for in-game currency!
What are the various icons on my game panel?

What are stickers?
Stickers are similar to emojis that can be used in chat! To access your stickers, just click the smiley face directly next to the Send button on your chat bar.

How do I access actions (etc)?
Actions are special emotes your character can perform, and can be accessed by clicking the Player Actions icon, directly to the right of the Send button. From there you’ll see a list of various actions you can take, including the option to purchase additional actions.

What are idles and walking actions?
Idles are animations your avatar will perform when standing still, and walking actions are special animations your avatar will perform when moving around a room! You can change all of these settings in your Player Actions menu.

How can I make coins?
Coins are earned in a variety of ways, from decorating rooms to completing challenges. You can also earn coins in the factory via your factory workers, or by completing jobs.

What are Hot Dogs and how do I use them?
Hot Dogs are a special item that will boost your productivity in the Factory! You can earn them by going to the Factory and selecting a friend to give a Hot Dog to from your list of Factory workers!

How do I shop for items no longer in the Stores?
Once an item is no longer available in the store, the best way to find it is by trading with other players! Many items out of circulation find their way onto the Auction House – but if you’re looking for a specific item, you can always host an in-game event to find players who may be willing to trade with you.

Why are there no hairs offered for coins?
There are! We have several hairs in the Salon that can be purchased for coins, and you can search through various themes in our hair styles to see what coin options are available.

VIP Migration Process

What is VIP?
VIP Membership is a monthly recurring subscription product in exchange for “real money.” This is a transaction between you and Facebook/Xsolla and Big Viking Games is not a party. If you purchase virtual currency or virtual items, you are agreeing to Facebook’s or Xsolla’s (our payment providers) terms relating to recurring payments. You are free to cancel your automatic renewal at any time, and will continue to enjoy the benefits of the subscription until your renewal date. Please note that in some cases, it may take up to 15 minutes after subscription for VIP benefits to become available to you. Old Facebook VIP memberships will be canceled automatically during the VIP migration process and remaining days will be added to the new plan.

Does the yocash in the VIP rewards ever change over time?
Our new VIP rewards are now provided at the start of the month, and no longer update or increase from week to week.

Can I downgrade my VIP Subscription after I subscribe?
Due to the way our payment system updates, it is possible to upgrade but not downgrade to a lower VIP tier. If you’d like to downgrade your subscription, you’ll need to cancel your subscription and then re-subscribe to the tier you prefer.

Once you log into you’ll be prompted with a notice to upgrade your VIP to our new service. From there you’ll be given three tiers to choose from, and what kind of billing cycle you prefer. Any time you have on your existing plan will carry over to this new plan, so you won’t lose out on any of the time you’ve invested into the old VIP system if you happened to subscribe for a yearly subscription on our old plan.

What happens if I get a subscription on and then go back to YW-FB
